Booking Policy

All appointments, classes, and wellness experiences must be booked in advance. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

No Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed appointments

• Late arrivals

• No-shows

• Cancellations

• Unused sessions or services

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to forfeiture of payment.

Certain special events, sound baths, workshops, and limited-capacity experiences may be non-transferable and non-reschedulable. Please review event details before booking.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be canceled at the discretion of Universe Please and treated as a no-show.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without communication will result in forfeiture of payment and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Right to Refuse Service

Universe Please reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.
